(Optional) If you would like to save your Meal Plans or have them emailed to you, Click Here

You have the option to Create a New Meal Plan
or select an exisiting one.

1.  Double click on a food catergory to the left.

2.  Once the Food List pop-up window opens, Food Items are add to your menu by pressing the Add Item to Menu button or double clicking on items (Turn off Pop-up blocking if necessary).

Protein: Carbs: Fat:




Double click on an item to REMOVE it from this list.
