Instructions

1.
Provide a name for the workout in the Workout Name box.
(You can provide addition information in the Workout Detail section if desired).
2. Click the Create button.
3. Once the Station Information area appears select the Primary Muscle you would like to train, and any additional information.
4. To add another exercise click the Add button or save the workout by clicking Save.
5. Click Print Workout.

: Only registered users that are logged in can save their workouts and have the ability to load Exisiting Workouts or share workouts with Peers
