SpinTense™ Cycling

Facilitated RPM™
This is an intense circuit class that covers all the bases of your exercise routine. Not all circuit training classes are the same and once you experience a TrainChange RPM workout, you'll know why. Our teams of Fitness Specialists will assist you by teaching you correct use of free weights, Nautilus machines, cardio equipment and proper stretching techniques...while keeping you motivated! Open Classes
If 35-45 minutes a day is all you have to workout you'll appreciate the flexible schedule of our Open indoor cycle and circuit classes.

Open Classes are for our experienced clients that no longer require the assistance of an instructor or personal trainer to get the most out of their workout. The classes provide individuals who value the benefits of following an exercise routine but lack the time and structure to do it consistently. This intrapersonal approach to personal training provides you with daily exercise routines, training tips and access to the equipment you need to become the person you want to be. All you have to do is show up and be ready to work! View the calendar to find an Open Class that rights for you. (Open Classes are available all day except during SpinTense and Facilitated RPM classes).

Extreme Cardio Conditioning

Extreme Cardio Conditioning (X-cc)™
It's is exactly what the name says, "EXTREME". This class is designed for athletes that can't afford to gas-out during completion. Whether you're goal is to complete in a Triathlon, enter the military or kick a** in MMA, X-cc will put you on top of your game! The class consists of a customized 30-minute speed/endurance cycle class immediately followed by our unique RPM "Total Body Burn" circuit workout. Attend 6 of these classes and we guarantee to improve your aerobic and anaerobic strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.

Obviously, this extreme level of conditioning isn't for everyone. But, if you're an athlete that embraces the challenge of training outside of your comfort range, and basking in the glory of progress, this is for you!

Emergency Responder Training

Traditional exercise routines and nutrition plans aren't designed for the people that spend their lives in emergency response situations. More importantly, emergency responders don't have the time to spend hours at the gym during the day. They need fitness programs that are short, intense and efficient, with the objective of improving their anaerobic and aerobic strength in order to maximize their power, speed and flexibility. The TrainChange Fitness Studio specializes in creating strategic cardio conditioning and professional nutrition planning for government agencies of all types.

A customized nutrition plan will be designed specifically for your body type. By analyzing factors like your basal metabolic rate, fat oxidation, daily activities, etc., TrainChange optimizes your nutrition plans and calculates exact amount of daily calories you need to burn fat while gaining lean muscle. Stop the dieting yo-yo and give your body what it uniquely needs.
Customized Exercise Routines
A customized exercise routine will be developed in accordance with your body type. Through an isolation of red muscle fibers from white muscle fibers, we are able to increase your overall muscle energinics and training performance.
